IPEC SA, in collaboration with the University of Art and Design in Cluj-Napoca, is organizing the international ceramics exhibition “ART AND TECHNOLOGY”, under the motto “Created for generations”. The event opens on Thursday, June 4, 2026, starting at 5:30 p.m., with the opening hosted at the Old Ceramics Depot, on Aleea Sfântului Capistrano in Alba Iulia.

The exhibition proposes a meeting between the traditional craftsmanship of Romanian ceramics and the technology that gives it life, but also digital art. Visitors will be able to discover objects and demonstrations that celebrate a craft passed down from generation to generation, in a dialogue between tradition and innovation.

The exhibition will feature both exhibits made by students of the University of Art and Design in Cluj-Napoca, as well as pieces from the IPEC SA ceramic factory in Alba Iulia, offering the public an overview of the entire journey of ceramics — from the creative vision of young artists to industrial production.

A raffle will also be organized during the event, which anyone can participate in, as an additional opportunity to celebrate the art of ceramics together.
